We have a full
service maintenance shop (Flight Support Inc.) run by Adam
Taylor on site in our hanger. He is a FAA certified
and licensed Airframe and Power Plant mechanic with FAA
approved Inspector Authorization. Having worked on
helicopters all his life, Adam was awarded Mechanic of the
Year in 2001 by the FAA.
- Trained on several makes
and models: Robinson R22, R44, Bell, MD500, A-Star,
Schweitzer.
- Runs the Robinson Service
Center and Overhaul Shop.
- Priority number one is
keeping the school's helicopters in a safe operating
condition.
- Maintains local radio and
television helicopters: Fox 2 A-Star, WJR Jetranger and
TV 4 Jetranger.
- Can perform pre-buy
inspections for customers interested in purchasing used
helicopters.
